Awesome customer service. I was referred to them by Carmax to diagnose my alarm system. Every other shop (including the one on Ft Bliss) immediately tried to charge me diagnostic fee and sale me a new system before they even looked at the one I already have. These guys are very professional and support their Military members.

I went in to look at a selection of home audio speakers, and was helped by junior. He was very knowledgeable and was kind enough to display the different home theater speaker systems to me. There was a wide variety of stereos, amplifiers, bookshelf speakers, and Tower speakers. Very high-quality store with excellent components. Highly recommended, excellent customer service!

Owner of store and Junior were very friendly and patient answering our questions and giving us quotes. We received next day installation of a subwoofer and amplifier in just a few hours in our car. Sounds great!

Best car audio store in El Paso, no doubt about it. Father and son owned business, Junior is the man I dealt with. Knowledgeable, friendly and honest. He didn’t try to upsell me and had the whole system installed in a few hours.

Absolutely the best experience! Go here if you need a new car stereo! They are fairly priced, very professional, and fast. Junior was very polite & helpful and took time to explain all the features of my new stereo. I will definitely recommend Sound Quest to anyone who needs sound equipment.

Even budget minded folks will find what they are looking for here. Ronnie hooked me up with a Marantz 7.1 home theater receiver and some choice Paradigm Monitor speakers. Never heard of them? I hadn't either. They are probably the best budget friendly audiophile quality speakers on the market. Forget those mass produced brands you have heard of and give these a test drive. You will not regret it. And, should you have a healthy budget, you'll find ELAC and Bower & Wilkins here as well.

Fantastic selection of high end audio equipment and great customer service, glad I found them since they moved from their gateway location. McIntosh and B&W is an unbelievably clean combination both visually and sonically.

Amazing experience. Ronny and Junior are very knowledgeable of the products they sell, and how to combine them to give you the best audio experience that fits within your goals and budget. They both take their time to showcase their equipment and explain all the intricacies that can affect one’s listening experience. I felt comfortable asking them so many questions because you can tell they have a passion for what they sell. Me and my wife left the store with a new vinyl player, amp, and speakers with their stands.
